How cold is −160 °C?
Colder than anything else in the spa
The chamber fills with dry, nitrogen-cooled air while the guest's head stays above the rim in room air. Because the air is dry, the cold feels crisp rather than painful, and the session is over in about three minutes.

Questions
Planning a cryotherapy room
What does a session feel like?
Crisp, dry cold for two to three minutes. Guests wear gloves, socks and slippers, and their head stays above the chamber in room air. Most describe a rush of energy afterwards.
Does a staff member need to be present?
Yes. An operator runs each session from the touchscreen and stays with the guest throughout. Juventix trains your team before opening.
How is the chamber supplied with liquid nitrogen?
Each session uses about 4–8 litres. Smaller sites use dewars refilled by a local gas supplier; busy sites connect a larger pressurised tank. We help you set up a regular supply.
How much space do I need?
The chamber is about 95 × 150 cm and 220 cm high. The room needs good ventilation and a ceiling of at least 230 cm. We check your floor plan and local approvals before you order.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Not for everyone. Guests who are pregnant, have heart or circulation conditions, high blood pressure or cold sensitivity should check with their doctor first. The CRYO XC is a wellness device, not a medical device.
Who installs and services it in the UAE?
Juventix handles room planning, delivery, installation, staff training and after-sales service across the UAE and the GCC.
