Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 November 2026. This policy explains how Juventix collects and uses personal data when you visit juventix.ae, contact us, or reply to our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
Who we are
Juventix Medical Supplies LLC, trading as Juventix Aesthetics ("Juventix", "we"), supplies aesthetic and wellness equipment in the UAE. We decide how your personal data is used. We follow applicable UAE data protection law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and to serve you as a customer.
- Contact details: name, email, and phone or WhatsApp number.
- Business details: company or venue name, job title and role.
- Enquiry details: the products you're interested in, the type of project, its location, timeline and budget range, and anything you write in a message.
- Lead-form answers: when you send a form in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us your answers. These include details Meta pre-filled with your permission.
- Website usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and IP address, collected through cookies and the Meta Pixel (see below).
We never ask for health information. Please don't send it to us.
How we use it, and why
We use personal data only for the purposes below, each with a legal basis.

We do not sell personal data, and we don't make decisions about you by automated means alone.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
Our website uses cookies, small files stored by your browser. Essential cookies make the site work and are always on.
With your consent, we also use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms. It shows us which pages people visit after seeing our ads, and helps us show our ads to people who have shown interest. Meta receives this data and uses it under its own privacy policy.
You can accept or decline marketing cookies in the cookie banner, change your choice at any time from the cookie link in the footer, block cookies in your browser, or change your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the parties below, and only what each one needs.
- Service providers who run our website, email and business systems, under confidentiality obligations.
- Meta Platforms, for our ads, lead forms and the Meta Pixel.
- Equipment manufacturers, only when needed to deliver, install, register or service equipment you have ordered.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. When that happens, we rely on the safeguards UAE law requires for transfers.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it.
- Enquiries that don't become orders: up to 3 years after our last contact.
- Customers: for the warranty and service period, and as long as UAE law requires us to keep business records.
We protect data with access controls, encrypted connections and established providers. No system is fully secure, so please tell us at once if you think your data has been misused.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, or limit how we use it;
- stop using it for marketing, at any time;
- withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting what we did before.
Email your request to sales@juventix.ae. We reply within 30 days and may first need to confirm your identity. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.
Our website and ads are not aimed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version, and we post any significant change on this page.
